4. How often should I clean my gutters?

Most homes: spring + fall. Heavy trees or pines: every 3–4 months. After big storms: quick check.

5. What’s included in a standard gutter clean?

Full gutter clear, downspout flush, debris bagged & removed, walkways rinsed, before/after photos.

6. Do you flush downspouts or just scoop gutters?

We flush and/or snake every downspout so water actually moves—no “looks clean” surprises later.

7. Do I need to be home?

Nope. Just make sure we have access to gates and pets are secured. Photos arrive in your inbox.

8. What if it rains on my appointment?

Light rain is OK. Heavy storms auto-reschedule with priority slots so you’re not stuck waiting.

9. How long does a typical job take?

Regular mowing, watering, fertilization, aeration, and seasonal treatments are key to maintaining a lush and healthy lawn.

10. Do you service townhomes/HOAs and commercial buildings?

Absolutely—multi-unit routes, photo reports per unit, and Net-30 for approved accounts.
